Aspergillums is a filament type fungi that cause infections widely in humans. It mainly causes chronic pulmonary, acute life threatening infections. These drugs are common treatment for pulmonary (invasive) aspergillosis. Using the Amphotericin B, Voriconazole is are most effective antifungal drugs for aspergillums. Most of these drugs causes side effects in kidney, liver etc. Infection caused by aspergillums increases the death rate. These aspergillums are classified into three they are allergic, chronic and invasive. These infections easily affects the persons having asthma, lung disease, low neutrophils, weak immune system etc.

It is not a contagious and cannot be transmitted from one another.

Due to Aspergillums shows varous type of symptoms depending upon various disorders.Aspergillums usually affect the liver, ear canals etc.It also affect various tissues, mucous and other organs of the body.It also affect the human body in the form of asthma, wheezing. These also causes chest pain and cough that cause bring up the bllod and loss of lung function

Treatment of aspergillus is most important for existence against the invasive aspergillum. It takes so long to cure the infection mainly because it entirely affect the lungs and liver.Being lungs and liver are the most sensitive organs. So curing such an invasive infection is quiet difficult.

The treatment of antifungal therapy requires about 6-12 weeks, with time period based on factors such as the severity of the infection , duration of the immunosuppression and response of the therapy used.

For treating such infections Antifungal medications are used. These medicines are the standard treatment for pulmonary aspergillums. One of the most effective treatment is an newer drug called voriconazole .

Voriconazole is antifungal medicine that treat very serious and danger fungal infections. It used for children of 2 years and adults to treat invasive aspergillosis. It takes some months to start working and some month to move out of the body .

Amphotericin B is also serious antifungal agents that treat the fungal infections and other diseases. It also causes adverse side effects.Amphotericin B injected into the human body through vein .It takes 2 to 8 hrs to get diluted in the body.Like other medicines amphotericin B also needed to be given for several months depending upon the infection being treated.
