The data in this exercise are based on a recent survey of 14- to 18-year-olds in Connecticut high schools. Here are the grade distributions of boys who have and have not played video games:

Its appears that boys who have played video games have better grade than those who
have never played video games .
Now we have to give percents to back up this claim.
So, we have to computed percentage to both category (played games and never played games)
corresponding to the three categories of grades(A and B ,C ,D and F)
percentage =((number of students get corresponds grade category)/(Grand Sum))*100
We get the following percentage table for the data given below (upto one decimal place)

Played games 40.4 24.8 10.7
Never played games 11.4 8.1 4.6
From the percentage table we see that the 40.4% boys who played games ,got the grade A and B which more
than the 11.4% boys who never played games .
From the percentage table we see that the 24.8% boys who played games ,got the grade C which more
than the 8.1% boys who never played games .
Therefore it's claim that boys who played video games have better grades than who have never played video games
