Option A is not considered as an invitation to treat because here seller puts up banner closing down clearance offer for sale it is a general clearance sale, not an invitation to the people to come and to make an offer and to bargain because and invitation to treat is basically an action inviting the other people to make an offer and do create a contract.

Option B is considered to be an invitation to treat because here a company publishes a tender announcement in the newspaper it means that company inviting the people to make an offer and a contract.

Option C also comes under the invitation to treat because it is an offer for first 10 customers only so it is a type of advertisement on a special display of a particular brand of a car.
