Give me an example of invitation to offer
There can be some confusions between the offer and an invitation to offer (treat). The offer can be seen as a proposal while an invitation to offer (treat) is mainly inviting anyone to make a proposal. It means that, in case of an offer, there will be an intention to enter in some kind of contract, of a party, making it and therefore the offer is always certain. On the other side, an invitation to offer can be treated as an act which can proceed to the offer, which is constituted having an objective of inducing or negotiating the different terms.
Thus in case of an invitation to offer, no exact offer is made by the offeror, in fact, offeror invites the other individuals or parties to make an offer.
