Ans: It is saying that if a person having a proper skills along with a theory knowledge than he or she never stop in their life whether there is a question of formation of nursing carrier at a international level or for any other matter.

Skill knowledge means a nurse having a way of solving a problem that any nurse faced when they are newer joined candidate.

There are some following point which take into consideration if my colleague want to built a career in nursing profession at international level.

(a) it is possible that if a person leaved native country and going to foreign country than it is possible that there is lacked of confidence so that it is important that a person must be a self confidence on itself .

(b)theoretical and practical ( skill knowledge)both are the important pillar of person success,if one of the pillar is weak then there is possibility of person failure or found it difficult in making there carrer so along with skill knowledge theoretical knowledge is very important.

(C) A colleague should always ahead in solving nursing problem,doing hard work and brought a consistency in the profession ,punctuality in reaching a hospital everyday all these point are taking into mind if a person or colleague want to success or built a career in nursing at a international level.

(D)In a nursing profession ,a nurse must have a good compliance with a patient and take care a patient like a family member because all these point indirectly help in preparing a career in nursing profession.

(E) a person should used their skill in taking with a patient ,used skill while taking with a doctor ,skill used while giving injection and tablet to the patient by these sense by using there skill he or she establish there career at international level.
