* mental disorders are detrimental to the development of low- and middle-in some countries and the poor within these countries.
* mental disorders and their effects are also important issues for developing countries in developing countres 80% of people suffering from mental disorders such as epilepsy, schizophrenia, depression, intellectual disability, alcohol use disorders and those committing suicide are living in low- and middle-income countries due to unemploy and poor socio economic condition.
* The poor economic condition impact on familial relatonship and after this a man suffered from long term depression and he also goes for suicidal thinking.
* In addition it is the poor who are disproportionately affected by mental disorders. People with the lowest socio-economic status (SES) have 8 times greater relative risk for schizophrenia than those of the highest SES.
* So we can say mental health impact on migrants in developing and developed both countries.
Answer B = Burden of mental disorders in developing / developed countries =
The burden of mental disorder in developing is much more compare to developed countries because in developing countries many people unemploy and belong to poor socioeconomic family which have economic related problem and its impact on family relationship and person not fulfill family demand and the person developed minor depression and convert in major depression which further goes suicidal condition. In developed countries many people suffered form mental disorder due to work load many familial condition also increse depression condition.
* Mental disorders lead individuals and families into poverty: People with untreated mental disorders are at much higher risk of descending into poverty than people without disorders. Firstly, people may not be able to work because of their illness. If employed, their illness may result in more sick days being taken or reduced productivity while at work. All these aspects reduce income and promotion chances through good income it reduce depression and also decrease mental disorder condition and keep always men happy.
C Difference of mental disorder condition in developed and developing countries =
In developinng countries person developed mental condition due to poor economic condition and unemployed condition but in developed countries person create mental condition due to work load and some familail problem.
- so we should take intervention for poverty reduction steps in developing countries and underdeveloped countries.
- we should educate the people and tell them how to get rid and win from mentally condition and how to resolve depression.
- Interventions to promote and protect human rights: There are a number of key measures that can be taken to promote and protect the rights of people with mental disabilities
- Interventions for alcohol use disorders: To be effective, strategies and policy element options should address levels, patterns and context of alcohol consumption through a combination of measures that target the population at large, vulnerable groups, such as young people and pregnant women, affected individuals and particular problems such as drunk-driving and alcohol-related violence and it generate many harmfull condition in body and finally person goes to depression condition.
