Hello I am developing a Role play for Mental Health Assessment, can you please develop something different from the example below with like an expression like "it's raining cats and dogs"
Nurse: What does this object appear like to you? The nurse raises a picture of an apple before the patient.
Patient: I think it is an apple
Nurse: Can you tell me the color of the object in the picture?
Patient: Red
Nurse: What does this object appear to you? The nurse elevates a picture of a pear
Patient: I believe it is a pear
Nurse: Can you tell me the color of the object in the picture?
Patient: Green
Nurse:good morning Mrs Smith how are you.?Mrs Smith:oh not that great.
Nurse: I'm sorry. If everything alright at work?
Mrs Smith: I wish it was. It's so stressful out there. I can barely sleep at night. It's a complete mess since few weeks.
Nurse. :I know what it's like . I have been there myself many a times.
Mrs Smith : really ?. That's sort of relief for me.
Nurse: so tell me . Are you able to get up in the morning and do your house hold chores?
Mrs Smith: na . I can barely open my eyes after getting an hour or so in the morning. Till then I'm awake and totally clueless of what's happening.
Nurse: what about the medications ? Are they helping you to relax.?
Mrs Smith: I was okay when I was on it. Then I ran out of supplies and couldn't purchase it due to lock down issues.
Nurse: how's your family?
Mrs Smith: mmm Smith is not that caring these days. My mood swings like anything. And finally it ends up in a big fight.
Nurse: oh sorry to hear that. We will help you with the medication . But please remember that it's absolutely necessary to take the medications promptly
Mrs Smith: thank you so much for hearing me out. I feel much better now
Nurse: anytime. See you Mrs Smith
