In case of leukemia bone marrow is affected by cancerous cells. Abnormalities of blood cells and abnormal production of rbc is formed due to uncontrolled division of blood cells is formed. Due to that blood that is circulated into the lungs alveoli causes abnormal growth within the alveoli. And lungs intake and output of air is interrupted that causes dyspnoea. Absence of blood clotting factors or due to abnormal production of blood cells by bone marrow it is difficult to make a clot due to unpairing of blood cells. In this case blood clot can't be formed.

Viruses can't be treated with antibiotics this is right but in case of AIDS; this is an group of symptoms or abnormalities in which body looses his immunity power. Due to that there are so many secondary infection harms our body. In case of low immunity power they can't be treated.for further improvement we administer antibiotics to prevent secondry infection.
