Cristina Perez is a writer, actress and hosted American reality court show(s). Her television programmes were popular and she was amongst most influential actor(s). Her Programmes also won many awards.
Differences:
1.The real-life trial courts run as per many legal rules and procedures whereas TV shows run on different parameters. Real trial courts take longer time than in Judge Christina TV show. Real law is very slow as it involves many legal intricacies than reality TV shows because in trial courts follow long procedures and will never allow to anything which is not as per procedure unlike in the Reality show, wherein dramatization and editing can be done to fit into time slots and as per the requirement for popularity.
2. The real-life trial courts deal with many cases at a time whereas Judge Christina’s TV show may deal with specific case at one time as running of multiple cases in TV show may not be liked by viewers and may be boring. In television reality show, scenes are dramatized to generate popularity with a moral lesson whereas in case of trial courts, this is not true.
3.The various disputes shown in Christina’s TV shows are very specific and minor (a friend ran away with the money, a wife’s betrayal etc.) made with many actual events modified to suit popular viewing but in case of real courts facts may be very lengthy, frustrating, contradictory, in contrast to television drama.
In terms of the resolution of private disputes, Judge Cristina have solved many cases, which are very small and simple and may have helped many viewers to follow similar course of action as per the judgement in the Judge Christina’s TV Shows.
