Solutions

Expert Solution

Ans:-

Hiram Price with two other people's stolen $20,000 from Crabtree National Bank. Hiram Price was arrested and charged with armed robbery shortly after happening of such robbery and the remaining two people's are escaped.

Here the Price objected to his prosecution on the ground that he should not be tried unless the other two are tried with him.

But Price defence is not valid because the agreement entered by the price with two other people's is related to robbery and it is offence under the law.

And any agreement entered related to offence under the law is void from the beginning.

Being it is a void agreement from the beginning Price entered and done the robbery . So , the statements given by the Price is not tainable because whether the two men tried or not Price has involved in robbery which is an offence.

So the Hiram Price will be arrested and charged with armed robbery towards $20,000 from Crabtree National Bank.
