Why would someone chose to go vegan?
What are some of the likely impacts of chosing to go Vegan? ie; for yourself, the community, the work, workers, animals, the enbironment, the climate?
How would choosing to go vegan effect someone? difficulty? surprise?
A vegan is person who decides to consume only the plant based diet. People may become vegan depending on their life experiences, interest, outlook of the world and timing when certain issues draw their attention. They have therir own reason to adopt this change of lifestyle even though how challenging it is while beginning.
Some of the reasons why people go vegan are:
Choosing to be vegan is not personally support by me as its a difficult choice to aviod all my favourite foods in animal foods. But in present situation, going vegan is a better option to reduce the health issues developing due to the industrialization animal farming. The impact of choosing vegan on the community will be beneficial on account of the health and nutritional benefits. Moreover there will minimal social issues based on the consumption of animal foods. The concept of becoming vegan will prevent the animals from treated horribly in the industry and will help to maintain the natural harmony by preseving their population. The concept of becoming vegan will draw peoples attention towards growing more plants and trees rather than destroying them. This will bring back the agricultural fields, forests which will reduce the harm effects of deforestation, and destroying cultivation like pollution, adverse climatic changes. This will not only add to the environmental benefits but also will systemize the climatic conditions.
Although the thought of becoming vegan is good but initially its difficult to chose a vegan diet. Food is something for Being vegan is not a difficult task for the one who is born in a vegan family. But for the one who is born in a non vegan family, adopting to become vegan is challenging task. It is very difficult for such individual to accept the change of their taste, to forget their food preferences. It may also effect the health of the individual as the amount of food intake also is decreased in such cases. This lack of inadequate intake of nutrients can give rise to health issues. It is require a strong determination supported by a strong cause to adopt the vegan lifestyle.
