Be sure to list what qualities make this style of leadership preferable and why you feel that this style would make you effective compared to other styles you discover in your research. There are number of leadership styles which have proposed by numbers of scholars, practitioners and reserachers. Traditional ones include leadership styles from trait theories and behavioral theories. Modern ones majorly include charismatic, transformational, situational, authentic leadership styles etc.

Among all given and notmentioned the charismatic style seems to be the best suited one in the society in which we live. A person being a leader should try to focus on the aspects of the charismatic leadership style in order to be an effective leader.

Unlike other styles there are numner of characteristics of the style. The very first distinguished nature is that the leader is attractive to the followers because of certain qualities hwich makes him stand out of the crowd. The charusmatic leader uses power to serve others, align his vision with vision of his followers and hence guide them in the path towards that common vision. He is very open and always facilitate open communication and discussion, he coaches, mentors develops and shape his followers to build them not only focus on task.

All the qualities mentioned are best suited for today's fast moving and knowledge network society which makes the style most preferrable.
