Ace Computers is a service oriented company than a sales oriented one, the simple reason being that the business is ultimately keep our valued customers happy. We have a Laptop care center assigned exclusively for customers who visit us with queries or service requirements concerning laptops, a separate section has been dedicated for customers with desktop computing service requirements, electronics and IPG sections have also been separately setup for product specific support. A customer waiting area with a peaceful ambience has been provided specially for customers who would like to unwind while their products are being serviced.

Typical day at work was going in helping customers out with what they needed and then checking up what was needed to be done in the store and working stock. Management was great from the 3 stores that I worked for in the same franchise and very friendly and helped you grow and taught you what was needed to move up in different positions. Hardest part of the job i would say was just working almost every holiday and even new years and the day after, so if you wanted to spend time with family on special days it depended on the store manager making the schedule. Most enjoyable part of the job for me was helping out the customers and actually finding what they needed and or helping with very difficult projects and seeing them leave with a smile but also working with the crew and getting everything done!
