CHARACTERISTICS OF MILLENNIALS :

1.EDUCATIONAL - K 12 ; POST SECONDARY

• Lagging behind in understanding the different learning needs.
• More likely to say education is the priority.
• More likely to think K 12 education has gotten off on wrong track than to say it is heading in right direction.
• Less likely to say public school funding is at a level that is too low without being presented the data on per student funding.
• Post secondary education is important in todays competitive economy.
• Have stake in reforms to make higher edication more inclusive ,effordable and accessible.

2.POLITICAL :

• Millennials are politically indifferent and disconnected generation.
• Dont see todays government as a best venue for performing their civic duty.

• Choice feminism allowed women to invest heavily in their children ,juggle work and family responsibilities and maintain a sense of femist self respect.

6.TELIVISION /MUSIC /STYLE :

• Television is important but not a big priority.
• Music is a streaming service on a smart phone.Radio in car.
