Each of us handles stress differently however it can diminish your quality of life if not managed properly. It's important to recognize the warning signs of stress especially in older clients or clients diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Identify physical, emotional and mental signs of stress and how you would respond to each of these signs (in 30-40 words each
Stress is an individual's reaction to a negative or threat stimulus .

Try to find any underlying cause for pain , less energy and appetite .
Try to analyse the connection between the threat or stressor and feeling to smoke, eat more or little , insomia.
Try to find a solution for the problems with help of friends or children or siblings.If cannot be solved get a help of a counsellor.
Be calm and feel positive .
Avoid stressors or trigerring situations
Get help of medical professsionals
Engage in leisure activities or hobbies

Plan daily activities and note it , do it accordingly to escape memory problems
