  • The daily hassles are quite stressful, right from getting stuck in traffic almost everyday and reaching to work to planning a get together at home. Meeting deadlines, financial obligations towards family, taking care of them, sometimes taking them to a doctor, paying bills, and between all that meeting relatives and organizing parties at home is all stressful.
  • When things dont go according to my plan I get extremely anxious and worried, and sometimes on the verge of a panic attack.Recently,I attendend my cousin's wedding, and just deciding what to wear for the 5 functions she had was stressful.Going to the stores everyday for almost a month and planning clothes to shoes was one hassle which was very stressful.
  • All these things affects me physcially and mentally,I overthink and internalize my feelings and worries, dont really share it with anyone, try to solve it on my own.I feel lethargic sometimes and sometimes feel like running away.I do tend to isolate myself and socialize less when I am stressed out.
  • To cope with all this I do take a break and go for a vacation, spend time with myself away from everything,I do dance which is extremely de-stressing,meditation and even face the problem and find a solution myself.Sometimes I do share my problems with my close ones but thats rare.
