CPR - Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is an emergency procedure that combines chest compressions often with ventilation .it helps restore spontaneous blood circulation and breathing in a person who is in cardiac arrest.

Steps of CPR -

1. position your hands

2. Interlock fingers

3. Give chest compressions

4. Open the airway

5. Give rescue breath

6.Watch chest fall

7. Repeat chest compressions and Rescue breath.

In one rescue CPR Ratio is 30/2 means 30 compressions and 2 effective breath . the chest depth about 1.5 - 2 inch.
