1. In my opinion, a single, dominating, team member is bad for the team, as it can adversely affect the team spirit of the whole team. Other team members might start thinking about them as useless, and their morale can go down. Moreover, other team members may also start getting annoyed and frustrated because of constant nagging and criticism regarding their decisions or ideas. It can also ruin the coordination between the team members.
2. In one sense, the salaries of employees should be kept secret from each other to avoid comparison and dissatisfaction among the employees, as employees with a comparatively low salary might start thinking that they are been paid less despite their hard work. But, it can also act as a motivating factor for them to improve themselves and work harder to get more salary from others.
3. Yes, I do believe that among P-O-L-C leadership traits, any ONE trait, i.e., P-Planning is more important than others, because, without reasonable planning, no other trait can be appropriately performed. Planning is the primary trait and is very crucial for the performance of any other trait. If planning is not sound, it is certain, that any other trait, i.e., Organizing, Leading, and controlling is not going to do well.
