Theory of Planned Behaviour/Reasoned Action:
Theory of Reasoned Action and Theory of Planned Behaviour shows the behavioural intentions, thinking attitude, and attitude towards the others thoughts and beliefs. Through this theory we can judge the behaviour control, beliefs and intentions to the particular aspects. As per reasoned theory, suppose my believe is that if I will not stop smoking then my good friends will leave me and I will be alone in my life. Then I should reduce smoking day by day. Thus this indicates that what I think about others with whom I am liked and what will be effects or their presence and absence.
Through this theory several predictions can be made. Recently several studies have been found that theory of planned behaviour is very useful in the prediction of the health related behaviour in compared to the theory of reasoned planned behaviour. Theory of Planned Behaviour can be useful in the prediction of several health related fields including regular exercise, diet, use of condom etc. intentions can be easily predicted. It can be useful in the prediction of antisocial behaviour. Applications of these models have been increasingly in research and development in natural resources which are linked with the human attitudes and behaviour. Although several models have been set for the predictions of behaviour, thinking and attitude of human beings but we cannot validate these data with the scientific evidence tools.
