Hearing or visual impairment may be present from the time of birth and it is also prevalent in elderly group individuals. It impairs the communication with others, social relationships, and lowers the self-esteem.

Example:

The homeless individual (having the hearing impairment) with children to upkeep for aspects inordinate complications.
