The role of selling tends to differ between industrial products that are business to business in the following manner.
In the business to business selling the mean aim is to increase the sales volume and to increase the benefits of both the parties because here both the parties play a rule of sellers.
The complete structure of the business to business is based on a marginal profit or earning.
The mean aim in regards to profit is to earn a nominal profit.
The other main objective is to increase the business relations with the business parties so that it will enhance the market share of the product.
B. In the case of consumer products, the business to consumer relationship is existing where the rule of business is to enhance the consumer existence in the market the main aim of the businessman is to increase the profit by providing a variety of products to the consumer and the consumer is in a way to increase the relationship between the parties as per the system of receiving maximum utility.
Consumer satisfaction is a priority of the seller because one consumer can create a market for a seller if the satisfaction level is high.
