1. Sources of authority in an organization of my choice are:-

a)Legal/Formal Authority:-

As indicated by this theory authority depends on the position or position of the individual and this authority might be given by law or by social principles and guidelines ensured by law. A law may concede power to a police officer to capture an individual carrying out a wrongdoing. The leader of an organization may make a move against a representative for not conforming to rules since organization rules has offered this expert in him.

b)Traditional Authority:-

Traditional authority has developed from a social request and mutual relationship through decision master and dutiful subjects. The submission brings about conventional authority of the ruler.
