"Power Influences" indicates leadership in the organization. As we know that leadership must have some special qualities in which "Power Influences" is the most important quality. Causes of this statement are as-

1. A great leader has knowledge about using power to influence subordinates or employees.It leads to commitments towards the goals of the organization. This enables them to provide direction, guidance, and motivate employees for the development of the organization.

2. Power is a strong quality to command and control employees independently. It is a key factor in terms of influencing employees to produce results. Power leads to the freedom to take a decision in his performance.

3. Leaders who empower the people they lead, motivate overall employee are rewarded by top-level management which develops healthy atmosphere of the organization ultimately good for the organization.
