Describe how you might organize files that contain your term papers, lab assignments, and class reports on your hard disk drive. Would this be any different than the workplace?
Once the data created in the form of term papers, lab assignments, and class reports. The first step the we should gather data and files in a well organized database as they may be disorganised.
This is done to save time and reduce errors and difficulties in searching for future.
Then we should name and structure files a& each folders to understand it in the short as well as for long-term data organization and serching.
In this way we can easily search the specific data when it is required at once for the reseach purpose or for any need or when it is needed for the presentation or for examination purpose.
Then these files are saved in my document or in any folder. then we can save it in the hardisk of the computer system.
Caution should be made to save it in hardisc portion excluding in C drive for long term preservation. As C drive data may be lost when the window is changed or formatted.
This data can be organized and mailed for further data preservation.
This is different than the workplace in the form of soft copy data preservation.
