In some countries, almost one out of five student can't get or afford minimum level of skills to function and get higher education because of increased funding of mitigation of educational programs. Student with low socioeconomic backgrounds and circumstances obstacles prevent to perform this type of action. This type of education system gives an bad impact on mind and can't take a stand about their career . This should be ignored because many skilled and talented students can't reach or get whether they want .

Education system should be designed like this everyone can get benefits from that. Eliminating system level obstacles that improves equality and stop hindering between students and provides motivation to all of them . Eliminating grade repetition , design equivalent uoper secondary education , make funding strategy responsive to students , manage schhol choice These all are helpful to all students . High quality teachers help students to succeed and availability of these facilities for all students shall be there . We have to help all students without any beneficiary purpose so everyone can get better education and to find their goal.
