Healthier diet habits can prevent you from all
serious illness..When the people getting sick and facing some
health problem like obesity,high blood pressure,cardiac disease and
diabetes they like to change their food habits as per physician
advice..They wanted to reduce the risk for serious health issues,to
get energy and to maintain their healthy weight..
American people choose their diet with whole foods like
fruits,vegetables,grains,lean meat and fish it can lower the
chronic illness and obesity..But Standard American Diet heavy in
saturated diet,junk food,partially cooked food it can increase the
obesity and associated diseases..According to center for disease
control most of the U.S population they are obese..They are getting
cardiac diseases,respiratory disorder and cancer..Eating fat will
be bad for our health like people will think..but for our body fat
requirement is must inorder to get good health and to prevent
diseases..both eating disorder and health issues have a
relationship,so that people reducing and changing their diet habits
in several aspects like physical,social,emotional,mental and
spiritual..
According to our diet choices we can get quality
of life and health..In order to reduce the high risk and serious
illness people changing their diet habits..Health agencies
recommended that to maintain good health and normal weight people
must avoid alcohol,sugary drinks, and processed food..For better
healthy life we can change our diet but we should not skip the diet
is called(Fad diets)that is also will produce some sickness in our
body..
