Answer:
Integrating ethics into the culture of an organization requires continued training and Buy-in from all areas including senior management is also integral to the adoption of an ethics program. This does relate to a Christian perspective because in most of the large global organization, we have seen that Christian people are working on these aspects and they are pushing to integrate the ethics in the working culture of the organization. It is because of their special attraction towards the ethics in culture, they are intending to incorporate the ethics in the working culture. This activities sis carried out by most of the people who are religiously Christian.
Christian are the people which are known for their ethical behavior and approach. Most Christian people follow their religious formalities and belief and they demonstrate high values towards the ethics and work hard to implement ethics in the work culture and their routine discipline also. So we can say that it is the strong belief of Christian people that drives ethics in the work culture and they want the working environment to be ethically sound.
We can see many organizations in the global world, which are owned by Christian people and they have high standards of ethical environment and they are well known for the ethics. We generally do very less other religious organization who focus on ethics and implement ethics in the organization. Many non-Christian organizations do not possess high values of ethics in their work culture. So we can say that it is the Christian perspective that brings the ethics in the work culture in the global environment.
