Microbes are those organism which can not be seen by us through our eyes. To see a microbes we need some magnification technique like microscope. Virus, Fungi, Bacteria, protozoa, algae and archea are the six classes of microbes.

Protozoa: The main disease caused by it are malaria by Plasmodium sp. So it is not the answer.

Helminths: Helminths have two type of charecter. When it is mature it cannot be called as microbe as it can be seen through eye. But its spore or egg cannot be seen through eye and are microscopic. Though it cause illness like ringworm but it is not the microbes.

Algae: It is a microorganism. It mainly caused illness like itching, rash when comes in contact with human skin. The toxin of algae can cause diarrhea, abdominal pain etc. Hence it is also not the answer.

Fungi: Athlete's foot is the most common disease caused by fungi. Moreover fungi is a group under the classification of microbe. Hence it is not the answer.

Bacteria: The most common microbes responsible for human illness is bacteria. Various disease like lyme disease, TB, menengitis. So it is not the answer.

The right answer is Helminth. All though its spore or egg which are microscopic can cause human illness, helminths are not the microbes. So the appropiate answer is helminths.
