attribution error. lazy managers will be free for themselves that
affect employees' satisfaction and turnover.managers find a way
when they lazy as a costly solution to solve the issues by proving
bonus and credits for the employees to keep them motivated.
5, HCO unsolved conflicts leads to high stress and its damage to
the interpersonal relationship. it also causes a lot of
complications, tasks interdependence, goal incompatibility,
communication challenges, etc.
