Validity and reliability are concepts to evaluate the quality of research. These indicates how well research method, technique or test are accurately measure the particular topic.Reliability is about the measure of consistency and validity is about the measure of accuracy.

1.Data entry errors:. Yes its an issue of reliability, due to error in data entry we loss consistency, real information of research is going to miss.

2. Taking blood pressure as one indicator and checking only one time at data point by sigel evaluator.Yes its an issue of validity. To check validity of intervention at least two readings from single sample is needed.

3.7 years old sample can able to give valid answer? They won't give reliable answers. So its an issue of reliability.

4. Likert scale is one of rating scale used in research.in this scale there are 5 options *Strongly disagree *Disagree. *Neither disagree or agree. *Agree . *Strongly agree. Using only two options not give valid information. So its a issue of validity.
