Good morning

Evaluation of patient's behavior is very important in nursing care. consider patient is a humanbeing with all feelings and he or she is having family, relatieves, job, economical problem, social problem, and many other personal problem. when a patient admitted in nursing home or clinic nurse should get a clear history and arrange private discussions when patient feel free to express his feelings. this will help him in many ways as

inthe case of self-concept - if self concept is low can reduce the quality of life and it will affect the treatment and patient feels negatieve in everything leads to relation ship problems, psycological problems and social problems, even they are helpless to control the current situations.

next is role function;- As a commucator the nurse has to communicate effectively with the patient and family members as well as other members of the health care team. nurse should protect the patients rights act on the patient's behalf and support their decisions.

third one is inter dependence:- interdependent nursing interventions are actions that are implemented in a collaboration or consultation with other health care professionals.

there for these three modes of interventions helps a lot in patients treatment.and diagnosis. nurse have closer and more frequent interactions with the patient and it can lead to a positieve bond to the patient and relatieves.
