Sociological imagination is the way of thinking about a topic not just from our individual perspective, but also from various societal perspectives, for example cultural, biological, historical etc. This kind of exercise can be quite useful in various fields including nursing, as well. The profession of nursing requires a deep focus on well being of the individual (patient), families, and society at large.
