Define the concept of sociological imagination. Provide an example of how you would apply the sociological imagination to a current social issue within society such as racial conflict and law enforcement, or education funding. What is your perspective on the issue if you use the sociological imagination?
INTRODUCTION
The sociological imagination is actually a concept of understanding society with the perspective of counting it not only an individual problem but looking it with the outlook of others too then it is called sociological imagination. For example, a boy looking at the gender issue without getting partial of being a boy as a problem in society or vice versa. The sociological imagination is a concept of looking at any concept socially instead of an individual perspective.
With sociological imagination, my perspective on these social issues are like racial discrimination, education loan, etc as a social wound of society which is somehow not allowing overall development of society at individual perspectives we can have some choices to like someone or not but when it comes on overall development there should be no partiality is needed as it hampers the development of society. As today we are facing issues with racism and somehow one community is hampering another community growth which is indirectly the development of our society only, that is why it is important to give equality on the bases of a any perspective.
