  • Universal public Insurance is a health care system in which that all the residents of a particular nation or particular region are to be assured access to health care. As it is generally being provided for the people who are financially weak and cannot afford the health expenses.   

As Universal public Insurance are governed , funded , and expenses are to beared by government through UPI but not all the cases gets cover and relaxation on expenses only the have access to the people who have the healthcare.
