If you have been to a medical office during the pandemic what has been the most striking change you have noticed that was not done before the pandemic? If you have not been to a medical office during the pandemic would you feel comfortable going to one right now?

A pandemic means it is a global epidemic and an epidemic of infectious disease spreading all over multilple countries which affects large number of people.The health care system emerges from Pandemic will not be same like it used to before. The medical office has to make many changes during pandemic to avoid spreading of infectious disease to people. present Covid 19 is an example of pandemic disease which spreads to large number of people.

--The few important steps taken to prevent the damage caused for longer period on health care system. The most changes can notice after went to medical office are:

--The public should use Facial coverings and maintain Physical distance from one another and sanitising hands from time to time.

--if patient goes to the medical office during pandemic, they cannot go to the physician directly without facial mask and maintain physical distance with physician,

--if after the availability of vaccine happens,  efficacy and public acceptance of one or more vacccines to prevent the spreading of disease and to avoid  pandemic in future.

-- During pandemic, physicians primary duty to treat patients who affected with pandemic infectious disease and give proper treatment to save them from this pandemic and they also treat patients with severe diseases can acess to emergency care .so physicians does not  treat patients with any other symptoms of disease to avoid unnecessary contact and spreading of disease. To get non- emergency and routine medical care during pandemic is not possible simply like before.

-- The situations will be normal in the medical office when people's body system improves strong immunity during pandemic situations.Herd immunity defines  indirect protection from infectious disease occurs when people get immunisation  through vaccine or immunity developed through previous infection.

--During the pandemic , even i have not been to the medical office then i am not comfortable to go to medical office unless it is emergency care or severe injury. To get non- emergency and routine medical care during pandemic is not possible simply like before. If experiencing minor illness or injury, or not sure to come for routine medical check up then call for physician's medical office to get appointment.

--Depending on condition of illness the doctor will provide recommendations for home care or direct you to facility to provide for further treatment.

- if need to visit doctor in person, i should maintain proper hand hygiene with social distancing and wearing facial masks which helps me to stay safe and avoid spreading and avoid affecting with infectious disease.
