As a new medical assistant you may find this a little uneasy or frightening in the beginning, how do you think that you can overcome this issue? Do you think that asking for assistance from a co-worker will make you look incompetent? Why or why not?

Expert Solution

As a beginner any one may have some difficulty to cope with the situation. There may be some doubts about the routine and medical procedures. But we can handle it by practice or daily approach.at first we may feel uneasy or un comfortable with the job.but if we take it as a challenge we can make it convenient.we can do something for that.for example as a beginner we can observe the co worker's activities and learn how they are dealing with the situations.

Then we can take our own decisions based on what we know about the job.asking the help from others for the subject which we donot know is not a matter of shame.as we all know there is no one with full knowledge in any subject.so we can make clear our doubts with some one who knows it well.there is no need of shyness or professional egoism for that.it is true there may be professionalism and competition in every field but we have to take it in a sports man spirit and go ahead with the job effectively.
