• As the question has given above the geographical community is defined as the geographical and jurisdictional boundaries,such as rural municipality, town city community.
• The phenomenological community is defined as an awaking previously experience achievement of consciousness that enriches the Huan community.
• In our community the geographical boundaries are made by the government.
• Challenge of health care provider in community
• They are lack of communication from the village
• Lack of facilities
• Lack of feedback from the village people
• Lack of biometric attendance
• Lack of supply
• In case of same community some times they will not following the instructions of the government
• And also some people have the native feelings also.
