answer-

1- according to me, i would manufacture the beverage products in the company with the following points-

i would employ semi skilled labours which can work on the operation of the machines & does not required trainning to do that. it would help me to cut down the labour cost a little bit.
for machinery, i would use machines which increase efficiency of work & also involve quality of the product.these machines would help me to produce the product in no time so, that demand of the beverages can be meet.

basically, main focus of manufacturing would be meeting the demand & reduction of the production cost. in manufacturing, machines would do the work of manufacturing, packaging, labeling etc. & labours would be working on preparing raw materials & quality checking.

2- manufacturing process layout for my plant would be product or line plant layout because under this layout one operation end at one end & another operations is start on that end & line goes on until the work is finished.

in line or product layout, production of same type of products like energy drink in bulk is easy & less costly.
in this layout the cost of handling the materials from one place to another is not present.
in this layout activites like delivery of raw materials,washing,rinsing, mixing-blending,filling, capping, labeling. inspection, packaging etc can be done in sequence.

all above points also helps in utilizing JIT method in which product can be produced in less time & meet the demand of the customers.
