*So many communities are there in Texas like geopolitical community,phenomenological community

*Geopolitical community is where there is a human made or natural boundaries.Here Austin is the capital of Texas.Here the human-made boundaries are made by of legal,political and structural such as road,canal,bridge etc and natural boundaries we can see as river,hill etc

*phenomenological community are there were they have their own religious and cultural beliefs,values,traditions etc.They are apart from other groups.Here we can see different ethnic and sub-ethnic groups like majority white and minority black

As an health care provider we have to face challenges while working with different communities.Why because they are totally differ than others in language,culture,tradition etc.While caring with the patient we have to consider this and get co-operation with the communities.

As an health care provider while giving care and decision make give preferences according to the communities.Educate the different communities regarding the importance of providing care.Cultural differences and beliefs of different communities will act as an barrier for effective and quality nursing care.

*Before accessing care to the different communities first we have to maintain a rapport between them

*Assess the culture,values and beliefs regarding the health care regarding different community groups where we are providing care

*Thus we can achieve a better quality outcomes

As a community health care provider we are providing care to different communities and thus gaining and improving knowledge and skills from different settings

*So many global health issues are present in our community.That includes

  • Diabetes
  • Hypertension
  • Cancer
  • Aids etc

As an health care provider we have to asses the prevailing problems in our community early as possible by community health programmes,screening,proper treatment,prevent them from the complications related th the health care issue.When we are considering the health issues in our community we have to give special considerations to the minority groups in the community or ethnic sub-communities

*Assess the prevailing health problems in the community

*Assess for the health care needs of the community

*Access for the health care needs of the community

*Afford the health care cost of the sub-ethnic groups by providing insurance package
