There may be many challenges which i may face while working as a supportive worker such as, 1.Challenges in end‐of‐life care. 2.use of restraints . 3. lack of resources .

But i can overcome or manage this situation through my nursing experience and thorough knowledge in nirsing field. As an age care worker one of the most difficulty i may face that is challenges in end of life care. During this time palliative care should be provided which can help to prevent pain and control other symptoms.

Use of restraints. , some of the preventive alternative measures that can decrease the need of restraints. It is very important to monitor the restrained patient frequently frequently .by using thease close monitoring i can manage the crucial situations.

Lack of resources., Now a days many nurses are facing this issue. Lack of resources will affect the quality in patient care. It is happened through the improper intent and the lack of close supervision. By doing a thorough monitoring the needs of the patient and timely informing to the management. It can be possible to manage this situation also.
