* Time management - this is the most important thing and main callanges that managers face in today’s workplace as Managers are responsible for seeing their team and their work that all the workers and employee do their work on time

Manager typically struggle with balancing their own tasks. So manager need to scheduling time throughout the day and work regularly to ensure that the work is completed with in the given time period.
