Physical activity improves heart rate, positive mental health and Help th child to socialize. The various methods used to measure of the physical activity of the child are as follows.

  • Observation: Caregivers usually makes a note on the growth of the child on a monthly or weekly basis by simply noting it down or photographing the development of the child as the child grows it learns different skills. Photograph shows the slow development of the child from a dependent baby to curious toddler.
