If I would be the head of ILO, ie. International Labour Organization, I would work for the poor in following possible ways-

1) Collaborate with other agencies and NGO's to provide for the essential skills across countries to the poor.

2) Give sufficient financial aid to respective agencies for providing vocational training to the migrants, refugees, and other poor people.

3) Ensure that countries provide healthy norms with regard to wages, bonuses and safety considering social distancing, etc to the employees.

4) I would ensure special focus on migrants who have come back to their villages with proper skills and employment.

5) Will collaborate with Governments of needy developing countries especially in their Schemes such as Skill India, Make in India, MNREGA, etc.

6) Also, I would regular supply of safety kits and other necessary tools needed in this hour to protect against pandemic.
