Imagine you are the Head of the organization. you have recently completed a course in leadership and you have identified that your organization lacks Corporate social responsibility. Identify what steps you will take to implement planned CSR activities with specific plans and examples and an action plan
Corporate social responsibility needs to be implemented in each and every organization to find solutions for many existing social and environmental issues. A company's economic progress is used to tackle social injustices and environmental issues. Ensuring food, education, health, and other basic necessities for the less fortunate ones of the community is one of the aims of corporate social responsibility (CSR). A portion of the profit it has made with the help of the community is thus returned to the most needy in the community. This helps to sustain economic development and equal distribution of technological development. As a responsible leader/citizen and head of the organization, initiatives will be taken to introduce CSR in the organization. This requires the commitment and active participation of both the employer and the employees.
Implementing planned CSR activities with specific plans will be given priority and an action plan will be charted and given for this purpose. An issue will be studied in detail. There will be a set target for each month and quarter. Everyone will be given enough orientation about the issues and solutions, and the contribution from their part. It will be ensured that everyone is compliant with the various rules and regulations. Points will be given to each employee for their contribution, which will reflect in their assessment.
