Before going to an interview as a candidate we should do research that introduction to be followed to make the person for yourself as a best candidate for the position. We should uphold the importance of the position for their company. it need skills and experience about the company values. get a review of employees from twitter and LinkedIn. have a good idea about company culture, mission and values. the type of work that you are going once hired. general idea about organization service, products etc. have a meaningful conversation with the interviewer with good body language.
The interview I had first as a surgical technologist. I prepared myself with general knowledge of my position and what it made special and why I am interested in this position.
Interviewer: Can you tell me something about the surgical position?
Myself: As a health care professionals it brought me a good opportunity to handle surgical cases, preparing the surgical room for surgery with avoidable equipment, and bringing patient to the surgical table and helping doctors during surgery.
Interviewer: Can you tell me something about the surgical case you handled?
Myself: vascular surgeries, orthopedic, and general surgery. we will handle it as a major cause.
Inteverwe: Did yu love this profession?
Myself: yes, I love it, because I was so entered in learning and improving my skills in the surgical field.
Interviewer: How long it takes to complete this course?
Myself: this program has taken 24months to complete it. I graduated with diploma in one year.
Interview: Tell me something about your first surgical case?
Myself: in an observation period my first case was appendectomy, I prepared the patient for surgery and made the table arrange with senior staff.it was a good experience that I have learned new thing that time.
