History taking shows patient for ex: Mrs. Susy is a Roman Catholic diagnosed to have leukemia whose prognosis is poor. She belives in life after death, resurrection and salvation and looks forward to enter eternity. She says," My life has a meaning and purpose. I am ready to take spirituality to next level". She desires to meet a religious pastor and to perform certain rituals.	Readiness for enhanced spiritual being.	Express hope and enhanced spirit.	After 72 hours of nursing intervention, Susy will be able to express and integrate meaning and purpose in life and a sense of connectedness with self and others.	Allow patient privacy and quiet evnironment for prayer. Assist the patient in any rites and rituals as resquested by her. Respect the patients beliefs. Promote vivitation of family and friends. Assist client in attaining meaningful experiences. Provide appropriate religious materials like books, Bible, music to comfort the patient. B ephysically present and a active listerner to patients concerns and needs. Notify the administration to arrange for a pastor.	After 72 hours of nursing intervention, goal met. Mrs. Susy was able to verbalize,express and intergrate meaning and purpose in life and developed deeper sense of connectedness with others.
