Disaster:
Disaster is a result of vast ecological breakdown in the
relation between humans and their environment, as serious sudden
event on such a scale that the stricken community needs
extraordinary efforts with cope with outside help or international
aid

Psychiatric: Sleep disturbances, recurrent
intrusive dreams of the event
Circulation: palpitations or tachycardia and
cold and clammy hands
Neurosensory: anticipation of misfortune to
self or others. feeling stuck
Pain and Discomfort: Muscle aches, headache,
chest pain
Respiratory: shortness of breath, something
sensation, increased respiratory rate
Sexuality: Decreased libido
Nursing Diagnosis:
Dependent on fracture or injury agent/ exposure and
availability
Nursing Priorities:
- Prevent treat life threating conditions
- prevent further injury/ spread of infection
- support efforts to cope this situation
- psychological support
- if any fractures give support and immobilize the fracture
area
Risk factors may
include:
Biological, contact with chemical
pollutants, poisonous agents, exposure to open flammable
material
Desires Outcome:
- Minimize degree of fracture prevent further injury and
damage
- Verbalize understanding of condition/ specific needs.
- Identify intervention appropriate to situation

injury
Planning:
- Identify basic resources needs and help to prepare to staff for

disaster prevention.
- -Employee acknowledges that due to multiple

modems, and 1 Wi-Fi tower), there is at risk for fire and burns
with a possible disaster of house and nearby residential houses
engulfing in fire.
- -Employee acknowledges that a railway disaster
may occur since industrial railroad track is about 100 yards from
work space.
