SCAMPER (Substitute,Combine,Adapt,Modify,Put to another use , Eliminate,Reverse) technique can help bring down nurse fatigue in some of the following way

• Substitute nurses after particular period of time to avoid over exertion
• Combine work and distribute among employees to decrease workload
• Make nurse adapt to different situation
• Modify the work if a nurse faces difficult to handle and achieve the task.
• They had to be replaced in every shifts, given weekly off,leave benefit
• Eliminate a staff of not fitting in to criteria and train them before placing them on the same place
• Reverse technique has to be followed
