1- OPENNESS

It describes a persons ability of think and act actively and abstractly. Openness to act Consists of being experimental, expressive, eager, open-minded, brilliant, helping a manager to perform his job . Those who are low in openness they prefers traditional approach to work.

2- Conscientiousness

It shows the level of toughness a person can hold to achieve his goals. Employees possesing this feature are goal oreinted , hard working and dedicated in their work. People with low
conscientiousness are spontaneous, impulsive, and absent minded.

3-extraversion

It refers to a person's ability to meet other people, establishing faith among them and gets attention. Extraverts tends to have more dopamine activity, indiating they are more responsive to potential reward. Extraversion persons are mostly found in sales job , as they are given target to accomplish work in a limited time.High scorer extraversion are talkative, ,positive, excited, sociable, assertive and great degree of emotional expressiveness display positive behavior towards others.

4-Agreeableness

It refers to the ability through which a person overlooks her own wishes so that of others can be accomplished. employees possessing Agreeableness have are kind, postive and gentle to their colleague's. They cooperates with other so that works can get completed in time. They supports others and rely easily .people with low Agrreableness are arrogant and rigid to their opinions.

5- Neuroticism

It means a perons response in a situation in terms of their feelings and emotions like happy, sad, fear gulit etc.person with high neuroticism gets irritated easily. Also they are very much prone to heart attack. Person with less neuroticism are calm and patient.

Managers who have all above qualities enjoys the job and are stable in an organization. They are loyal to their bosses.
