The Big Five Personality model discusses the personalities of different individuals. These 5 personalities can be memorized by the word 'OCEAN':

1. O - O stands for openness, being open means an individual is more willing to accept the challenge, they like learning new skills, knowledge, a way of working. They perform better than others who are orthodox, unwilling to accept the change and these people feel uncomfortable when any new change or challenge comes up. Being open means an individual is intelligent enough to handle any situation and will be performing better than the rest.

2. C- C stands for conscientiousness, this trait individual is considered to be more aware of their actions and the consequences of their actions, they are more organized, punctual and they are more serious towards their work, On the other hand, they are compared to a conscientious individual who is more casual in their approach, they are not punctual or even organized. This kind of trait generally comes through their family.

3. E- E stands for Extraversion, or extroverts, this trait individuals is outspoken, more confident and have a better social circle. People enjoy their companies as they are considered to jell along with anyone. On the other hand, we have introverts, who like being alone or have few good friends, they like being quiet and enjoy their isolation.

4. A- A stands for Agreeableness, those people who agree with others and are willing to work in a group, these individuals are more liked by other people as they always try to please others. They avoid fights, arguments, and work in a team by helping each other. On the other hand, we have a disagreeable people who always argue, cannot work in a team and do not care about other feelings, they are selfish because they only think about themselves.

5. N- N stands for Neuroticism, This type of trait is reflected if a person worries a lot or even exaggerate a small peace of problem. They often crib, and constantly keeps thinking about the same problem over and over again. They can not manage stress and are emotionally distress. On the other hand, those who are not neuroticism, they worry less, and maintains their calm even in stressful situation, they are emotionally strong.
